Guarantee Mower Express only supplies garden machinery from established manufacturers. All products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and are supported by their nationwide service agent network. In the event that a problem occurs with your garden machinery during the period of warranty, then the product should be examined by the manufacturers assigned service agent. The warranty will not cover wear and tear parts such as blades, spark plugs, filters, drive belts, cables etc. The service agent will determine the cause of the fault and advise you accordingly. Warranty repairs will be completed under the terms and conditions for the particular manufacturer. Where damage or a fault that is due to mis-use or inappropriate application of the machinery is found, these will not be covered by manufacturer's warranties and a quotation to undertake the repair will be provided by the service agent. Manufacturers' websites and operator manuals detail service agents contacts or their service hotlines. Mower Express will be pleased to help you locate your nearest service agent. To ensure the safe use of your garden machinery and compliance with warranty conditions, it is essential that the assembly and operating instructions are adhered to fully. Four stroke petrol powered machinery, will require that you check that there is sufficient oil before operating. Two stroke equipment will require special two stroke oil to be mixed with the petrol to the ratio specified in the manufacturers' instructions. |
